Corpus Christi was founded in 1987, having originally been called Lady Mary High School.

The school moved into its new building shortly after this restructuring. Works consisted of; Demolition of the existing entrance, build new entrance and convert the changing rooms into offices.

Careful segregation with the erection of hoarding, separating the working area to the front entrance of the school. Due to the demolition of the existing entrance, a temporary pedestrian walkway was provided to the school pupils and staff entering and exiting an alternative school entrance door until these works were completed.

Extra sensitivity around noisy work had to be planned and considered as not to disrupt any lessons with regular communication with school staff enabling this project to run safely and smoothly.
