Working with national contractor, Willmott Dixon under SCAPE framework for North Somerset Council, TPS Construction carried out the £4million construction, design and build of 168 Parklands Medical Centre in Locking, Weston Super-Mare.

The GP Surgery scheme was of traditional construction incorporating mass concrete pad foundations, strip foundations, concrete slab, steel from superstructure with pre-cast concrete planks, brick and block work, roof coverings, cladding, glazing, M&E plant and equipment and general decorations throughout.
