Complete refurbishment of existing school and a two-storey extension with link corridors.

This project was challenging in terms of the extremely narrow one-way access road into the site, close neighbouring dwellings and the ‘live’ nature of the school environment.

As the site sits within the curtilage of an operational Primary School, both deliveries and waste removal were strategically planned in accordance with the site-specific traffic management plan as to avoid busy periods at the start and end of the school day.
