TPS Construction were delighted to win this government building contract and broaden our client base.

Works included the refurbishment of one whole wing of the second floor comprising of new ceilings, partitions, flooring, M&E and decorations. The ‘live’ environment with staff on site 24/7, meant that TPS Construction had to segregate a section of the ‘live office’ in order to carry out the refurbishment whilst maintaining fire escape routes.

Have direct communication and regular liason with the client was critical in achieving these works safely, on time and to a high standard.
