Single storey extension to an existing dental practice including refurbishment works to the first and second floor comprising of internal demolition, M&E works, ceiling finished, new walls and external works.

Working within the ‘live’ environment, occupied by staff and patients meant that maintaining excellent standards of health and safety and minimising disturbance were essential for the day-to-day operational dental surgery.

Effective communication was vital to the successful completion of this construction project.
