This project was split into two phases, given the live school environment and to maintain school fire escape routes.

Phase 1: Strip out and refurbishment of an existing toilet area

Phase 2: Strip out of an additional existing toilet area and convert to a break out/drama room.

To ensure the health and safety of the pupils and staff, temporary hoardings were erected to segregate the site works from adjacent operational classrooms. Due to the nature of the works undertaken, extra sensitivity with regular communication with the school was vital to guarantee minimal disruption to lessons.

As an essential safeguarding tool to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and young people to this project and Due to the ‘live’ nature of the school. Enhanced DBS certification were held by our Site Management team.
